Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; relevant experience considered.
• At least 5 years of experience adjusting auto and general liability claims.
• Governmental immunity experience a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and process auto, bodily injury, property damage, and general liability claims.
• Evaluate bodily injury demands and negotiate settlements.
• Negotiate settlements including lien resolution (Medicare, Medi-Cal, provider, attorney liens) in alignment with client authority.
• Maintain case records and prepare status reports for clients.
• Communicate proactively with injured workers, employers, carriers, counsel and vendors.
