Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Cyber AI Security Manager to secure AI-enabled services and drive secure AI adoption across client engagements. You will collaborate with AI developers, DevOps, and product teams to design secure architectures and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires experience in cybersecurity, AI/ML, and GenAI, plus the ability to translate security needs into scalable solutions and client value. Domestic travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years' cybersecurity experience.
• Familiarity with NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls.
• Hands-on with AI/ML, GenAI, LLM APIs and security.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI developers, DevOps, and product teams to identify security vulnerabilities and ensure compliance.
• Support security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability management for AI systems.
• Design, develop, and deploy secure AI/ML applications with emphasis on PII protection.
• Stay ahead of AI security threats, privacy regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Document security protocols, conduct training, and promote security awareness.
• Engage with stakeholders to refine security policies for AI/ML products.
• Identify opportunities to apply GenAI, agents, ML, and automation to improve cybersecurity services.
• Prototype and productionize AI-enabled security accelerators and patterns across engagements.
• Evaluate AI security tooling and decide between commercial vs custom solutions.
