Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Cyber AI Security Manager to lead security for AI-enabled solutions, including GenAI, ML, and agentic systems. You will work with AI developers, DevOps, and product teams to build secure architectures and defend client data.

The role emphasizes collaboration, risk mitigation, and staying ahead of evolving AI security standards within a consulting environment. Domestic travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years' experience in cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls.
• Experience with AI frameworks and LLM APIs.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI developers and product teams to identify vulnerabilities.
• Support security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability management for AI systems.
• Design and deploy secure AI/ML applications protecting PII.
• Stay ahead of cybersecurity threats and regulatory requirements.
• Document security protocols and conduct security trainings.
• Engage with stakeholders to refine AI security policies.
• Identify opportunities to apply GenAI, agents, ML, and automation to improve cybersecurity services.
