Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Cyber AI Security Manager to lead security in AI/ML products, shaping secure adoption of GenAI while delivering client-ready security capabilities. You will assess GenAI and pattern security controls, collaborate with cybersecurity teams, and drive enterprise AI security strategy across engagements.

The role requires migration of security practices into scalable offerings, strong communication with stakeholders, and travel up to 80% domestically.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of cybersecurity experience.
• Proficiency with frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls).
• Experience with AI/ML/GenAI security.
• Hands-on with LLM APIs and modern AI architectures.
• Proven ability to translate AI security into prototypes or scalable offerings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI developers and security teams to identify vulnerabilities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability management for AI systems.
• Design, develop, and deploy secure AI/ML applications with PII protection.
• Stay ahead of AI security threats, privacy regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Document security protocols and conduct security training for the team.
