Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Cyber AI Security Manager to safeguard AI-enabled solutions and GenAI deployments across client engagements. You will lead security designs, assessments, and integration efforts, while collaborating with AI engineers and consultants to deliver secure, high-quality outcomes.

This role requires deep expertise in AI/ML security, regulatory awareness, and cross-functional leadership. Travel up to 40% and a strong security certification background are valued.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of cybersecurity experience focused on software and data-heavy products.
• Familiarity with AI regulatory environments and ethical AI deployment.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML or Generative AI solutions, including LLMs and AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams to identify security vulnerabilities and ensure compliance.
• Support security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability management for AI systems.
• Design, develop, and deploy secure AI/ML applications with a focus on protecting PII.
• Stay ahead of emerging cybersecurity threats and regulatory requirements for AI.
• Document security protocols and promote security awareness within the team.
• Engage with stakeholders to refine AI/ML security policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to apply GenAI, agents, ML, and automation to improve cybersecurity services and client outcomes.
• Prototype and productionize AI-enabled security capabilities to accelerate assessments and threat analysis.
• Partner with cybersecurity practitioners to improve delivery processes with AI enhancements.
• Evaluate emerging AI security tooling and decide between commercial vs. custom solutions.
