Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Cyber AI Security Manager to bridge AI engineering and cybersecurity. You will help clients securely adopt AI and help Crowe reinvent cybersecurity delivery using AI, assessing GenAI/ML and agentic systems and developing security patterns and controls.

You will collaborate with AI developers, DevOps, and product teams to identify vulnerabilities, conduct security assessments, protect PII, and stay ahead of regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in cybersecurity focused on software/data security.
• Familiarity with AI regulatory environments and ethics in AI deployment.
• Experience with AI frameworks (NIST AI RMF, OWASP GenAI) and ML security.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI developers, DevOps, and product teams to identify security vulnerabilities and ensure compliance.
• Lead security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability management for AI/ML systems.
• Design, develop, and deploy secure AI/ML applications with emphasis on safeguarding PII.
• Stay ahead of AI security threats, privacy rules, and regulatory requirements.
