Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Cyber AI Security Manager to join our consulting practice in the United States. You will help clients securely adopt AI, design secure AI architectures, and lead security initiatives across GenAI, ML, and AI agents.

You will collaborate with AI developers, DevOps, and product teams, perform security assessments, and advance reusable AI-enabled security patterns while traveling up to 40%. Strong communication and security expertise are required, with certifications a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years' experience in cybersecurity, focused on securing software and data-intensive products.
• Proficiency with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls.
• Familiarity with AI-specific regulatory environments and ethical considerations surrounding AI deployment.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML or Generative AI solutions, including experience with LLM APIs and AI agents.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, or relevant Microsoft Azure security certifications.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams to identify security vulnerabilities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability management for AI systems.
• Design, develop, and deploy secure AI/ML applications with a focus on protecting PII.
• Stay ahead of AI security threats and ensure compliance with evolving privacy regulations.
• Document security protocols and promote security awareness within the team.
• Engage with stakeholders to refine AI/ML security policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to apply GenAI, agents, ML, and automation to improve cybersecurity services.
• Prototype and productionize AI-enabled security capabilities and accelerate security assessments and threat analysis.
• Evaluate AI security tooling and decide between commercial products and custom solutions.
