Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Cyber AI Security Manager to bridge AI engineering with cybersecurity, helping clients securely adopt AI and guiding Crowe's AI security offerings. You will assess GenAI/ML security, develop controls, and partner with cybersecurity teams to scale secure AI-enabled capabilities across client engagements.

The role requires 7+ years in cybersecurity, experience with AI frameworks, and strong communication. Travel ~40% domestically is expected; a Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; security certifications preferred.
• Extensive cybersecurity experience with software/data-intensive products.
• Familiarity with AI regulatory environments and ethical AI deployment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI developers, DevOps, and product teams to identify security vulnerabilities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability management for AI systems.
• Design, develop, and deploy secure AI/ML applications with a focus on protecting PII.
• Stay ahead of AI cybersecurity threats and privacy regulations to keep solutions compliant.
• Document security protocols and conduct security training for teams.
