Job summary

SCI in Salem, Oregon seeks a sales associate to drive revenue for pre-need cemetery services and products. You'll develop community relationships, schedule appointments, and follow up with families for referrals while presenting options and guiding them through the process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework preferred.
• Funeral Directors License where required by state law; Life Insurance license where required by state law; company will support licensing.
• Current state/province issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Sales experience preferred; CRM experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attain or exceed monthly sales revenue quota by presenting pre-need cemetery services and products to consumers.
• Self-initiate community outreach to generate qualified leads; schedule appointments.
• Follow up with families for referrals and maintain professional relationships and service excellence.
• Guide families through cemetery grounds or mausoleums; discuss options and close contracts.
• Collaborate with management and staff to maintain high-quality service and improve processes.
