Job summary

Service Corporation International is seeking a PPA Trainee Advisor in Peoria, IL. The role focuses on revenue generation, lead development in the community, and scheduling sales appointments for pre-need services and products.

You will guide families through options, complete contracts, and foster referrals with compassionate service. The position requires flexibility to work evenings/weekends, strong CRM usage, and the ability to build lasting relationships with families during times of need.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Current drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Sales experience preferred; CRM experience a plus.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends; may travel for events.
• Bilingual abilities a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales revenue target and present services to consumers.
• Develop relationships within the community to generate qualified leads and schedule appointments.
• Follow up on marketing-generated leads to qualify and schedule sales appointments.
• Nurture client families, provide service excellence and secure referrals.
• Promote the SCI brand and complete contracts accurately.
• Support families with grief, staying a trusted link through aftercare.
