Job summary

CDP, a Boston-based public benefit corporation, is seeking a Fundraising Operations Coordinator for a remote, full-time role within the OSS team. The position focuses on supporting fundraising operations for NPR and PBS member stations, primarily through Salesforce and RevCRM to manage donor inquiries and campaigns.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist partner station development staff by researching and resolving donor issues submitted through the case management system.
• Coordinate station pledge drives by creating campaigns and tracking pledge program performance and success.
• Facilitate the fulfillment of donor membership benefits, including thank-you gifts and pledge acknowledgements.
• Assist other teams within the Fundraising Operations department on special projects and day-to-day operational needs.
