Job summary
CDP, a Boston-based public benefit corporation, provides outsourced marketing, data analytics, fundraising and technology services to NPR and PBS member stations. We seek a Manager, People Operations, Systems & Analytics to translate strategy into scalable HR systems, trusted insights, and exceptional employee experiences.
You will partner across the business to strengthen inclusion and culture, drive a robust talent strategy, and support growth.
Qualifications
- Five or more years in People Operations, HRIS, compensation, or benefits.
- Experience independently managing complex cycles or projects.
- Hands‑on HRIS administration with data accuracy and security.
- Strong reporting skills, advanced Excel, and dashboard use.
Responsibilities
- Administer annual merit, compensation, and bonus cycles.
- Maintain salary grades and compensation structures.
- Serve as primary HRIS administrator and optimize People platforms.
- Develop workforce reporting, dashboards, and Board-ready insights.
- Manage ACA, EEO-1, Form 5500 and other compliance reporting.
- Coordinate Open Enrollment and reconcile with vendors.
- Design workflow automation and AI-enabled self-service solutions.
- Lead scalable People Operations projects with documentation and controls.
