Job summary

Alzheimer's Association seeks a Manager, Walk to End Alzheimer’s to lead nationwide peer-to-peer fundraising efforts. Remote-based, with a focus on Gainesville/Tallahassee regions, you will build corporate and community partnerships, recruit and coach volunteers, and drive revenue growth across multiple events annually.

You will travel up to 60% of the time and manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations while promoting inclusion and a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years proven experience in recruiting and mobilizing volunteers or meeting sales targets.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to manage timelines and milestones.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual Walk to End Alzheimer’s fundraising events.
• Recruit, train, and coach volunteers to implement proven fundraising practices.
• Cultivate corporate and community partnerships to drive event revenue and participation.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and outcomes; use data to optimize strategies across events.
• Travel up to 60% within the assigned territory as needed.
