Job summary

The Alzheimer's Association is seeking a Manager of Walk to End Alzheimer’s to lead the country’s premier peer-to-peer fundraising event in MN. You will recruit and empower volunteers, build corporate partnerships, and drive revenue while engaging diverse communities and steering multiple events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years recruiting and mobilizing volunteers or meeting sales targets.
• Ability to travel up to 60% within assigned territory by car; valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain corporate and community relationships to meet revenue goals.
• Recruit, manage, and coach volunteers for multiple events.
• Lead teams to implement fundraising strategies and best practices.
• Travel within territory and work evenings/weekends as needed.
• Manage event budgets and timelines using data to improve outcomes.
