PeerForward is seeking a Managing Director of Development to lead a $4–6 million annual fundraising program. The role reports to the CEO and collaborates with the Board to drive growth while building donor relationships and expanding national partnerships.

You will manage a lean team, oversee contractors, and ensure strategic alignment with program goals. Remote-first environment, frequent travel to partner markets and donor meetings are expected.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive fundraising experience, including at least 5 years in a senior development role.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic development and building resources and relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead annual and multi-year development plan totaling several million dollars.
• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward major funders including individuals, foundations, and corporations.
• Oversee the proposal and reporting calendar, ensuring timely, compelling submissions.
• Lead and coach the development team and contracted partners.
• Engage with the Board and external audiences to solicit gifts and represent the organization.
