Job summary

Children’s Cancer Research Fund in the United States is seeking a Campaign & Planned Giving Manager to advance our mission by leading fundraising campaigns and growing the planned giving program. You will collaborate across Development, Marketing, Finance, and external partners to ensure campaigns run smoothly, donor records are accurate, and stewardship remains exceptional throughout the donor journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years nonprofit fundraising, campaign management, or planned giving experience.
• Strong project management, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• High degree of professionalism, discretion, and ability to manage confidential donor and financial information.
• Experience using donor CRM systems (such as Raiser’s Edge NXT, Salesforce, Virtuous, or similar).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and tracking of fundraising campaigns.
• Develop campaign timelines, project plans, and implementation schedules.
• Coordinate campaign activities across development, marketing & communications, finance, and executive leadership.
• Serve as development team lead to ensure communications, acknowledgments, and reports are produced and updated.
• Monitor campaign progress and analyze metrics to provide regular reporting.
• Maintain campaign budgets and assist with revenue forecasting.
• Track campaign prospect activity and documentation in Salesforce.
• Coordinate campaign committee meetings and follow‑up actions.
• Prepare campaign materials, donor proposals, impact reports, and presentations.
• Identify process improvements to increase campaign efficiency and donor experience.
• Support bi‑weekly giving team meeting agenda and materials.
