The Access Project is an education charity dedicated to helping students from under-resourced backgrounds access top universities. The Fundraising Manager will collaborate with the Director and Head of Fundraising and lead a small team to deliver a multi-year fundraising strategy for significant organizational growth.

This remote, permanent role requires proven experience in Individual Giving, strong writing, and relationship-building with donors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering income growth across Individual Giving.
• Strong written communication skills for persuasive funding proposals and donor materials.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with donors and stakeholders.
• Experience line managing, coaching, or mentoring colleagues.
• Knowledge of the UK fundraising landscape and regulatory environment.
• Collaborative team player who values inclusion and diversity.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.
• Self-motivated with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Professional, credible, and confident in engaging with external stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Work with the Director and Head of Fundraising and a small team to deliver the multi-year fundraising strategy.
• Engage with donors and external stakeholders to secure funding.
• Coordinate with the Corporate Partnerships Manager and Senior Coordinators to drive income growth.
