Job summary

Velora is a remote-first company formed by Aplos, Keela, and Raisely, offering a unified mission to empower nonprofits. You will deliver fundraising-focused implementation services across Keela and Raisely, guiding 40+ customers through onboarding, campaigns, data migration, and best-practice configurations.

You will build trusted relationships, provide consultative setup, and collaborate with Success, Sales, and Product to improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in software implementation, project management, or fundraising operations.
• Experience supporting fundraising tools (donation forms, campaigns, CRMs) is preferred.
• Strong Excel/data manipulation and reporting skills.
• Outstanding customer service orientation with problem-solving focus.
• Tech-savvy with ability to manage multiple software tools simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers into Keela and Raisely.
• Launch donation forms or campaigns and configure fundraising workflows.
• Migrate and validate donor and donation data.
• Provide consultative fundraising setup and training to customers.
• Deliver project management and customer success through timely, scoped implementations.
• Collaborate with product and sales to relay feedback and improve the platform.
• Maintain teamwork across services to ensure smooth handoffs and success.
