Qualifications

• At least one year in philanthropy or customer service in SaaS.
• Experience in nonprofit fund accounting and financial reporting.
• Ability to adjust training to client learning styles.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of Foundant software products for clients.
• Train clients on utilizing Foundant software effectively.
• Support migration of clients’ historical data into Foundant software.
