Bonterra seeks an Associate FE Consultant to support nonprofit customers in event prep and execution. This part-time, remote role focuses on delivering expert consulting, creating Run of Show documents, and guiding clients through fundraising best practices using AI-assisted tools where applicable.

Seasonal variability with peak hours during fall and spring fundraising cycles averaging 20+ hours per week; remote work with occasional collaboration across departments; prior nonprofit fundraising

Qualifications

• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships in a professional service or consulting context.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including structured conversations and clear documentation.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, productivity tools, and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
• Strong process orientation with diligent note-taking and follow-through on action items.
• Availability during core business hours to support calls and team meetings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured consulting calls with nonprofit customers to guide event preparation.
• Create Run of Show documents for onsite and virtual staff.
• Advise customers on fundraising best practices and OneCause product functionality.
• Coordinate with internal departments to track event milestones and workflows.
• Document customer interactions and action items in CRM and designated systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and workflows for leadership.
