Job summary

Position Xero is a founder-led performance marketing agency delivering remote engagements worldwide. This fully remote, full-time role collaborates across US and South African hours and centers on building pages, tracking, and SEO plumbing.

You will own semantic HTML/CSS/JS, ensure fast, accessible experiences, and work with Cognexa on AI-driven automation. No degree required; prior public work is valued. Compensation discussed in calls.

Qualifications

• Strong HTML, CSS and JavaScript fundamentals.
• Understand Core Web Vitals: LCP, CLS, INP and performance implications.
• Accessibility basics: keyboard navigation, labels and landmarks.
• Structured data with JSON-LD that validates.
• Comfort with APIs and modern tooling and tracking implementation.

Responsibilities

• Build landing pages and campaigns using semantic HTML/CSS; ship within 10 business days after access.
• Implement conversion tracking: GA4, Google Ads, Meta pixel, Conversions API, form endpoints, CallRail.
• Own JSON-LD, canonicalization, redirects, sitemaps and 404 handling.
• Maintain Core Web Vitals on live pages, including fonts, images, and render-blocking CSS.
• Build accessible forms with proper labels, focus states, and keyboard navigation.
• Collaborate on app/automation work with Cognexa, the founders' AI company.
