Job summary

Sagility is seeking a seasoned Full-stack Developer to own end-to-end product development on critical healthcare platforms. You will lead architecture on Forecast and Harvest, build AI-enabled features, and deliver robust software from database to API to Angular front end.

Work independently in a highly collaborative environment with security/compliance standards and a global client base, shaping product quality and performance while handling PHI securely.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and shipping production web apps.
• Deep, current server-side C# / .NET
• Angular with TypeScript for front-end
• SQL with large relational healthcare data
• Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead developer on Forecast and Harvest, guiding architecture and major implementations.
• Enhance products with AI-enabled features with internal AI teams.
• End-to-end development from database to API to Angular front end.
• Adhere to security, compliance for PHI handling.
• Maintain production quality: code reviews, tests, releases, performance.
• Support and extend existing functionality alongside new work.
• Translate business requirements with staff into working software.
• Own production quality and client reporting cycles.
