AgileEngine is seeking a proficient Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain features for a production healthcare platform. You will work with React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL in an Agile environment, and contribute to AI/LLM-adjacent codebases on sensitive data.

You will collaborate with product, QA, and design teams, uphold strong engineering practices, and thrive in a remote-friendly, contract-to-hire setting with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Experience with AI/ML-adjacent codebases including LLM or agent systems.
• Experience building systems handling sensitive data (healthcare/fintech) preferred.
• Authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship available.
• Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset.
• Experience using GitHub, Slack, and JIRA for collaboration.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full-stack features using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Develop backend services with Node.js, PostgreSQL, and RPC-based architectures.
• Contribute to AI and LLM-adjacent codebases.
• Work with sensitive and regulated healthcare data.
