Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to architect low-latency APIs and backend services using .NET while building Angular UIs for a large-scale financial services platform supporting critical investment tools. You will work with microservices, Kafka, CI/CD via GitHub Actions, and Splunk for observability, leveraging AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude to accelerate development.

Strong testing and code-review discipline are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of strong experience with .NET and Angular delivering production-grade solutions.
• Solid experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including tuning and design.
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and high-performance RESTful APIs.
• Experience with message-driven systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ or similar).
• Proven unit and integration testing practices in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS/Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build low-latency APIs and backend services using .NET.
• Build user interfaces with Angular for a financial services platform.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate development and innovation.
• Deliver high-impact analytical tools guiding investment decisions.
• Maintain >80% test automation coverage and lead code reviews.
• Own production lifecycle of services with CI/CD via GitHub Actions and Splunk observability.
• Define API contracts using OpenAPI/Swagger for maintainability.
