Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Advanced-level knowledge in at least one technical discipline (front-end, back-end, full-stack or infrastructure).
• Experience designing, developing, testing, and maintaining production software applications.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Estimates and completes development tasks with guidance from the team.
• Mentors junior developers and shares knowledge with the group.
• Diagnoses issues in owned systems and prioritizes fixes.
• Participates in on-call rotations and supports incidents.
• Presents work to internal and external stakeholders.
• Contributes to planning and architecture discussions.
• Assists with interviews and recruitment efforts.
