Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Expert-level knowledge in at least one technical discipline (frontend, backend, full-stack, or infrastructure).
- Experience designing, developing, testing, and maintaining production software applications.
- Experience troubleshooting complex issues and building scalable software solutions.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to various audiences.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ownership of contributions to the application codebase.
- Design, develop, test, maintain, and improve front-end and/or back-end systems.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to grow technical skills.
- Lead small projects or initiatives as needed.
- Present design documents and diagrams to clients and stakeholders.
