Eliassen Group is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our U.S.-based Enterprise Services engineering team, focused on sustaining, enhancing, and modernizing business-critical enterprise applications. The role rotates across production support, project delivery, R&D, modernization, and innovation initiatives, leveraging AI-assisted tools to accelerate development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience building scalable enterprise applications.
• Backend proficiency with Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate; frontend with JavaScript/TypeScript/React/Angular.
• Experience with AWS services and SQL; API and distributed systems experience.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; Agile experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end software solutions aligned with requirements and standards.
• Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Own the full SDLC from requirements and design through deployment and production support.
• Rotate across production support, project delivery, modernization, and R&D/innovation.
• Analyze and modernize legacy applications for maintainability, scalability, and performance.
• Use AI-powered tools to accelerate coding, testing, documentation, and analysis.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and technical debt.
• Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and delivery.
• Partner with nearshore teams to ensure successful delivery of features and enhancements.
• Contribute to architecture discussions, standards, and engineering best practices.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to improve developer productivity and outcomes.
