Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Software Engineer to join our U.S.-based Enterprise Services team. This remote role covers production support, delivery projects, modernization, and R&D with a focus on scalable enterprise systems.

The candidate will work across SDLC, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage AI-assisted tools to speed development and improve quality. A strong background in Java, Spring, React, and AWS is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience building scalable enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end software solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise architecture standards.
• Own the full SDLC from requirements and design through deployment and production support.
• Participate in rotation across production support, strategic project delivery, platform modernization, and R&D or innovation.
• Analyze and modernize legacy applications to improve maintainability, scalability, and performance.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to accelerate coding, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and system analysis.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, technical debt, and stability concerns.
• Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting automated testing and continuous delivery.
• Partner with nearshore teams to ensure successful delivery of features and enhancements.
• Contribute to architecture discussions, technical standards, and engineering best practices.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve developer productivity and business outcomes.
