Eliassen Group is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our U.S.-based Enterprise Services engineering team. You will design, develop, and modernize business-critical applications while leveraging AI-assisted tools to accelerate development and improve code quality.

The role is full-time and remote, with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits. This position requires a W-2 arrangement and a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software development in enterprise applications.
• Backend: Java, Spring, Hibernate; Frontend: JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Angular.
• AWS experience with EC2, ECS, Lambda, S3, SQS.
• Strong SQL, API development, and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end software solutions.
• Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams to deliver quality software.
• Own the full SDLC from requirements through deployment and production support.
• Rotate across production support, project delivery, modernization, and R&D.
