Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our U.S.-based Enterprise Services engineering team. This full-time, permanent role focuses on sustaining, modernizing, and delivering enterprise applications, with opportunities to work across production support, project delivery, and modernization initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on development across backend (Java/Spring/Node.js) and frontend (JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Angular).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Experience building scalable enterprise applications.
• Backend with Java/Spring and Node.js.
• Frontend with JavaScript/TypeScript/React/Angular/HTML/CSS.
• Experience with AWS services and SQL.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and distributed systems.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Ability to learn new technologies and work across distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end software solutions.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to deliver software.
• Own the full SDLC from requirements to production support.
• Participate in rotation across production support and project delivery.
• Modernize legacy applications for maintainability and performance.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to accelerate coding and documentation.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and security issues.
• Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Coordinate with nearshore teams to deliver features.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and engineering best practices.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to improve productivity.
