Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join the U.S.-based Enterprise Services engineering team. The role focuses on sustaining, enhancing, and modernizing enterprise applications, with rotation across production support, project delivery, modernization, and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience building scalable enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in back-end Java stack and modern front-end technologies.
• Experience with AWS and APIs, and strong SQL skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end software solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise architecture standards.
• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Own the full SDLC from requirements and design through deployment and production support.
• Participate in rotation across production support, strategic project delivery, platform modernization, and R&D or innovation.
• Analyze and modernize legacy applications to improve maintainability, scalability, and performance.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to accelerate coding, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and system analysis.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, technical debt, and stability concerns.
• Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting automated testing and continuous delivery.
• Partner with nearshore teams to ensure successful delivery of features and enhancements.
• Contribute to architecture discussions, technical standards, and engineering best practices.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve developer productivity and business outcomes.
