Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, software engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Experience building scalable enterprise applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication across distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end software solutions aligned with business requirements and standards.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Own the full SDLC from requirements through deployment and production support.
• Participate in rotation across production support, project delivery, modernization, and R&D/innovation.
• Analyse and modernize legacy applications to improve maintainability, scalability, and performance.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to accelerate coding, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and analysis.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and technical debt.
• Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and continuous delivery.
• Partner with nearshore teams to ensure successful feature delivery.
• Contribute to architecture discussions, standards, and engineering best practices.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend productivity-improving solutions.
