Job summary

Eliassen Group seeks a Full Stack Software Engineer to join the U.S.-based Enterprise Services team, remote in a stable, full-time role.

The incumbent will design, build, and modernize enterprise applications, spanning production support, delivery, and R&D. Expect collaboration with cross-functional teams, strong problem solving, and proactive modernization efforts, including AI-assisted tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years building scalable enterprise apps with Java/Spring.
• Experience with modern web front-ends and AWS cloud.
• Strong SQL, API and distributed systems experience.
• Proven Agile delivery and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver end‑to‑end software solutions.
• Collaborate with product owners and architects to meet requirements.
• Own full SDLC from design to production support.
• Rotate across production support, project delivery, modernization, and R&D.
• Modernize legacy apps for maintainability and performance.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate coding, testing, and analysis.
• Identify bottlenecks, security gaps, and technical debt; improve DevOps pipelines.
• Work with nearshore teams to deliver features on time.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and standards.
