Attain Talent is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to design and lead scalable, secure, mission-driven technical solutions supporting federal modernization initiatives. This role focuses on end-to-end solution architecture across applications, integrations, cloud environments, APIs, and enterprise systems while partnering with engineering, product, infrastructure, and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 2+ years in software engineering, systems architecture, or solutions architecture.
• Experience designing enterprise architectures and scalable distributed systems.
• Hands-on with Java, Groovy, Spring Boot, GraphQL, REST APIs, and SQL databases.
• Frontend experience with Angular, React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Cloud experience with AWS or Azure; knowledge of DevSecOps and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end technical solutions across applications, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise platforms.
• Translate requirements into scalable architecture strategies.
• Lead architecture discussions and design reviews.
• Define standards, patterns, and best practices for engineering teams.
• Guide API architecture across REST and GraphQL services.
• Support modernization and cloud transformation initiatives.
• Mentor engineering teams and provide architectural leadership.
