Eliassen Group is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join a US-based enterprise services team focused on sustaining, modernizing, and enhancing critical applications. You will work across production support, project delivery, modernization efforts, and R&D, with exposure to Claude, GPT, GitHub Copilot, and Amazon Kiro to boost productivity.

The role is full-time, permanent, with competitive salary and comprehensive benefits. Willingness to work on a W-2 basis is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience building scalable enterprise applications.
• Back-end proficiency with Java, Spring Framework, Spring JPA, Hibernate, JSF, and Node.js.
• Front-end experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, HTML, and CSS.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end software solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise architecture standards.
• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Own the full SDLC from requirements and design through deployment and production support.
• Participate in rotation across production support, strategic project delivery, platform modernization, and R&D or innovation.
• Analyze and modernize legacy applications to improve maintainability, scalability, and performance.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to accelerate coding, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and system analysis.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, technical debt, and stability concerns.
• Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting automated testing and continuous delivery.
• Partner with nearshore teams to ensure successful delivery of features and enhancements.
• Contribute to architecture discussions, technical standards, and engineering best practices.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve developer productivity and business outcomes.
