AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain features on a healthcare platform using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and RPC-based services.

You will contribute to AI/LLM-adjacent codebases and collaborate with product, QA, and design teams in an Agile environment. This is a US-based, remote-friendly contract-to-hire opportunity offering a chance to work with regulated data and modern technology stacks while delivering impactful software for Fortune

Qualifications

4+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
Experience with AI/ML-adjacent codebases, including LLM or agent systems.
Experience building systems that handle sensitive or regulated data, such as healthcare or fintech, is preferred.
Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain full-stack features across the frontend using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
Develop backend services using Node.js, PostgreSQL, and RPC-based architectures.
Contribute to AI and LLM-adjacent codebases.
Work with systems that handle sensitive and regulated healthcare data.
Collaborate with product, QA, and design teams in an Agile environment.
