MT Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior Recruiter / Recruitment Consultant to operate as a 1099 independent contractor on a remote US basis. The role emphasizes 360 full-desk recruitment, business development, client management, and successful placements across the United States.

You will build your own desk, collaborate with colleagues on searches, guide candidates and clients through interviews and offers, and leverage CRM and outreach tools.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of agency recruitment experience
• Experience recruiting for the U.S. market
• Full-desk experience, including winning new business and managing client relationships
• Expertise within an industry vertical or professional discipline
• Strong sourcing, candidate assessment, relationship management, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and follow through on commitments
• Collaborative approach and willingness to share expertise with the team
• Commitment to accountability, communication, integrity, and teamwork
