Kelly Services, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Full Desk Recruiter to source and place candidates across multiple markets. You will own full life cycle recruiting, attract passive prospects, and partner with hiring managers to ensure fair and efficient selection processes.

Remote role with local preference to the Billerica, MA area; schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; compensation range $51,300–$68,400 annually plus benefits, with final pay based on experience and location.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-volume, full-cycle recruiting in light industrial capacity.
• Experience with staffing agencies or onsite with an industrial client.
• Proven ability to thrive in a high-activity outbound sales environment.
• Strong skills in business development, cold calling and building client portfolios.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple markets.
• Attracting, sourcing and screening passive prospects and active applicants through job boards and Kelly’s applicant tracking system (Bullhorn).
• Partnering with Hiring managers to understand role requirements and to ensure fair, consistent selection processes.
• Developing business with strategic, high-volume staffing accounts as well as local businesses.
• Expanding and retaining customers, increasing market share and profitability and achieving sales metrics.
• Building and developing proposals and pricing models.
