Position is currently remote in South Boston, MA with a requirement to reside in the metro Boston area as the role will be onsite in 2027. Base pay ranges from $51,300 to $68,400, with total compensation enhancing this package

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-volume, full cycle recruiting in industrial/warehouse/manufacturing capacity.

Responsibilities

• Full life cycle recruiting for multiple positions across markets.
• Source passive prospects and active applicants via job boards and ATS/VMS tools.
• Maintain candidate records and recruiting activity in ATS/VMS systems.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to ensure fair, consistent assessment and selection.
