Job summary

TheGuarantors is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive growth across teams and levels, from early-career hires to senior leaders. You will partner with managers to understand needs, design sourcing strategies, and build a robust pipeline of top talent while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

You will lead full-cycle recruiting across departments, developing sourcing strategies and ensuring alignment on interview plans and process expectations.

Qualifications

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across departments and levels.
• Develop sourcing strategies for technical and non-technical talent through outreach, market mapping, and networking.
• Partner with hiring managers to create hiring profiles, interview plans, and share market insights.
• Provide guidance on interviewing, assessment methods, and offer strategy to leaders and interview teams.
• Collaborate with People Operations for onboarding and candidate experience.
