We’re growing and seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with hiring managers across all teams, shaping sourcing strategies and building a robust pipeline of top talent, technical and non-technical.

This hybrid NYC role requires 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting, strong multi-channel sourcing, and excellence in candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles.
• Proven ability to recruit from entry-level to senior leader in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong sourcing across social platforms, networks, events, referrals, and market research.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across departments and levels, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Develop sourcing strategies for technical and non-technical talent using outreach, market mapping, and networking.
