Button is building the future of the commerce-powered internet from NYC. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to own full-cycle recruiting across all open roles, partnering with executives to translate business needs into candidate profiles and efficient hiring processes.

You will proactively source top talent, manage structured interview processes, and maintain an optimized ATS. The role requires a high-ownership, fast-paced culture and a commitment to candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter in a high-growth tech environment or tech-focused recruiting agency.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruiting from sourcing to offers.
• Exceptional sourcing skills and ability to engage candidates beyond obvious pools.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across open roles from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers and executives to translate business needs into candidate profiles and clear search strategies.
• Source and engage high-caliber candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies.
• Drive interview processes, debriefs, and timely hiring decisions grounded in evidence.
• Maintain a structured, candidate-centric hiring experience and optimize the ATS.
