Brkthru, a remote-first digital recruiting partner, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles. You’ll partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to shape hiring plans, source and screen candidates, and move searches to timely decisions.

This role thrives on ownership and proactive communication. You'll support learning initiatives, internship programs, and represent Brkthru at events, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience conducting phone screens independently and managing multiple roles.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to fill roles end-to-end.
• Strong service orientation to internal partners and candidates.
• Ability to engage VP-level and senior leaders with concise, trusted recommendations.
• Judgment to make confident screening decisions and hiring recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, from intake through offer, delivering qualified candidates on the timelines the business needs and supporting hiring needs with the resources they need to effectively assess candidates.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies that reach active and passive candidates across a range of roles.
• Screen and phone-interview candidates, advancing only those aligned with Brkthru hiring focus, values, and policies.
• Drive the interview process to a clear, timely decision, and partner on offers through close.
• Partner with hiring managers and VP-level stakeholders throughout the search, delivering responsive service and keeping candidates informed with professional, transparent communication.
• Keep candidate records and pipelines accurate, current, and compliant with federal, state, and local employment law.
