Job summary

Swipejobs is seeking an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with business units across North America. The role focuses on full-cycle recruitment, requisition management, sourcing, and hiring-manager collaboration in a remote setting.

The successful candidate will develop effective recruiting strategies to meet time-to-fill, quality of hire, and hiring-manager satisfaction goals, while maintaining strong candidate pipelines and compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; HR certification may be considered in lieu of a degree where appropriate.
• Minimum of 1 year of Human Resources experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of full-cycle recruitment experience in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
• Experience with proactive recruiting and candidate sourcing.
• Experience with recruiting data management and metrics, including trend analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned business lines and functions.
• Attract, identify, and engage top talent while developing strong candidate pipelines for current and future openings.
• Conduct candidate pre-screening and collaborate with recruiting team members to develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Manage open job requisitions and maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within an ATS.
• Track recruiting metrics, report accomplishments, and provide insights related to talent acquisition activity.
• Partner with HR Directors, HR Business Partners, hiring managers, senior leaders, and external recruiting partners to develop TA strategies.
• Facilitate candidate review meetings and capture hiring team feedback throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state employment laws, company policies, and application tracking/reporting requirements.
