Qualifications

• Minimum three years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting both corporate and high-volume hiring preferred.
• Strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate and client-facing roles.
• Manage intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding handoff.
• Develop sourcing plans and timelines with hiring leaders; track recruiting metrics.
