This role emphasizes strong communication, tech aptitude, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. The position requires 1+ years in tech sales or SaaS, and experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of proven tech sales experience; SaaS or financial experience preferred.
• Strong sales aptitude with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to quickly build trust on the first call with strong soft skills.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn, explain technology.
• Excellent listening and written/verbal communication.
• Strong organization and time management; multitask under pressure.
• Attention to detail and follow-through.
• SalesForce, Outreach, Gong experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage the full cycle sales process for new customers.
• Adhere to daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and achieve sales goals.
• Serve as product and service advocate for the client and assess mutual fit.
• Seek coaching to improve performance.
• Articulate business and technical propositions via call and email.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of client products and services.
• Other tasks as assigned.
