Job summary

MarketStar is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support a new team in Salt Lake City, Utah. This hybrid role focuses on acquiring new customers for Flex, a fintech rent-payments platform, and expanding the client base.

You will manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, qualify inbound leads, and build a strong pipeline through multi-channel outreach while staying current on product updates and market trends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a quota-driven sales role, SaaS or tech sales preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build client relationships.
• Familiarity with CRM tools; Salesforce experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle sales from outbound prospecting to closing deals.
• Dispost inbound leads and conduct multi-channel outreach.
• Build pipeline through cold calling, email, social engagement, and list-building.
• Set and manage appointments to advance prospects through the funnel.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets with disciplined pipeline management.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Serve as a product expert and convey value propositions to customers.
