Lydall is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional in the United States (Texas/Irving area) with a strong track record in full-cycle recruiting. The role focuses on guiding candidates through every stage, sourcing via multiple channels, and partnering with hiring managers to fill open roles efficiently. Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2–5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong relationship-building with hiring managers at all levels.
• Ability to move quickly on open requisitions with urgency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively guide candidates through the entire hiring process for hourly and salaried roles.
• Attract candidates via creative sourcing including social media, databases, and referrals.
• Recruit for challenging positions and partner with hiring managers.
• Qualify candidates via resume reviews, phone screens, and in-person interviews.
• Manage communications with candidates and document recruiting activity in the ATS.
• Own and drive recruiting processes and improve strategies based on data.
