Openkrill is seeking a motivated Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our remote recruiting team. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in industrial/manufacturing roles across North America.

You will coordinate interviews, maintain ATS records (Bullhorn), and partner with senior recruiters. Night shifts aligned with North American time zones, and independent contractor status. Strong English, CRM/tools experience, and a growth mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recruiting experience in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Familiarity with process outsourcing or fast-paced staffing is a MUST.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and prequalify candidates for technical and professional roles.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the process.
• Keep candidate records updated in the ATS and CRMs.
• Partner with senior recruiters to meet hiring goals and deadlines.

Position: Full-Cycle Recruiter

Location: Remote - US Hours

Duration: Full-time

Shift: US Eastern Time Zone (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

About the Role

We're seeking a motivated and confident Recruiter to join our remote recruiting team! This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in the industrial or manufacturing space-particularly within fabrication, plant operations, or skilled trades/shop environments. This role will ideally start as a Sourcing Specialist role and will be evaluated based on activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and prequalify candidates for technical and professional roles in industrial/manufacturing sectors
• Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Keep candidate records updated in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Partner with senior recruiters to meet hiring goals and deadlines
• Contribute to team initiatives that enhance recruitment strategies and candidate experience

Core Skills:

• Excellent English communication skills — written and verbal
• Confident and professional, comfortable speaking with candidates via phone or video
• Tech-savvy — experienced with CRMs, job boards, and social media sourcing
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

Experience:

• At least 1 year of recruiting experience, highly preferred in industrial/manufacturing, fabrication, or skilled trades environments
• Background in process outsourcing (BPO), staffing, or similar fast-paced industries is a MUST or any proven international process outsourcing experience.
• Familiarity with Bullhorn ATS, ZoomInfo is MUST

Working Conditions:

• Comfortable working night shifts aligned with North American time zones
• Willing to work as an Independent Contractor (IC)
• Must have a stable internet connection and reliable work-from-home setup
