Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring stakeholders to define role requirements and criteria.
• Write and post clear job descriptions and advertisements.
• Source candidates through job boards, networks, social media, and direct outreach.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews to assess skills and fit.
• Coordinate interviews and keep candidates and stakeholders informed.
